How this study works

The initial effort of this study is divided into two phases: Phase 1A and Phase 1B. These two phases encompass initial research and data collection as well as substantial public engagement initiatives. Click on the buttons in the summaries below for more information about each development phase!

Phase 1A

Phase 1A involves gathering background information and collecting initial public input to guide the design process

Phase 1B

Phase 1B builds on the efforts in Phase 1A, with the development of early conceptual designs and further public feedback.
